# Taking Home the Win for Customer Engagement Excellence

PegaWorld 2026 brought the decisioning community to Las Vegas, and Blend arrived with a lot to show for the past year. From being announced as award winners to back-to-back client conversations that went deep, Blend's presence at this year's summit reflected the kind of work that gets noticed. # Pega Offering Impact Award for Customer Engagement

Blend was announced as the winner of the Pega Offering Impact Award for Customer Engagement at PegaWorld 2026. The award recognizes Pega partners who have delivered measurable, real-world impact for clients through Pega-powered solutions, with Customer Engagement as one of its most competitive categories.

 

For Blend's decisioning practice, this recognition reflects what the team has been building with clients over the past several years: implementations that go beyond deployment to create sustained, compounding value. The award is a signal from Pega that the outcomes Blend's clients are seeing are among the strongest in the ecosystem.
