Demographics: age, income, geography, education — sampled directly from real population distributions
Every persona passes through three validation gates before it is ready for use: internal coherence checks (no contradictory attributes), distributional alignment checks (the population matches real-world benchmarks), and behavioral fidelity validation (responses are benchmarked against human panels with a ±15% threshold).
Once created, personas are stored, versioned, and searchable in the Synthetic Intelligence Library. The Library manages persona memory across studies — personas remember what happened in previous simulations and can respond accordingly. It also incorporates external environmental information, keeping personas current with the world around them. Built-in governance controls and quality maintenance ensure the library remains accurate over time.
The Experiment Engine is where research happens. It supports four primary study formats: focus groups, in-depth interviews, concept tests, and usability/UAT testing. An agentic research assistant handles experiment design, moderates studies, and synthesizes outputs into structured research briefs. Studies can run interactively (real-time dialogue with personas) or in batch mode (thousands of responses generated simultaneously).
